Our first field trip of the year ...
will be around the area downstream of Laxey Wheel on Sunday 13th May. Meet at Laxey Wheel car park 2.00pm. This area, which was the venue for our first ever field trip way back in 1987, has always proved productive in the past. After a tour of that area, which should take about 30 to 45 minutes, we will move on to visit Ballanette Nature reserve just down the road at Lonan.
